Yonder Property Services is based in Moses Lake, WA and works exclusively in Grant County — close enough to fix a problem the same afternoon.
We started Yonder after watching hosts in the Moses Lake area juggle unreliable cleaners and last-minute cancellations during peak lake season. A turnover is not a favor squeezed between other jobs — it's the difference between a five-star review and a refund request.
So we built a company around a single job done properly: get the property guest-ready, on time, to a written standard, and tell the owner exactly what we found.
Today we serve short-term rental owners, property managers, and homeowners who want the same level of care in their own space.
