Every clean follows the same room-by-room checklist, and every cleaner is trained against it. Nothing depends on who happens to be on shift.
Bathrooms
- Toilets, tubs, showers, and grout scrubbed
- Mirrors and glass streak-free
- Fresh towels folded and staged
- Paper goods and soaps restocked
Bedrooms & living
- Linens stripped, laundered, and remade tight
- Surfaces dusted, including sills and fans
- Floors vacuumed and hard surfaces mopped
- Furniture and decor returned to staging photos
Final pass
- Trash and recycling removed
- Lights, locks, and thermostat set
- Damage or missing items photographed and reported
- Entry and porch swept

Each turnover is checked against the property's agreed checklist before we lock up. If something looks off, tell us and we will review the concern promptly and handle it according to the confirmed service agreement.
